In eastern Afghanistan, and across the country, the Afghan police face daily hazards as they carry out their duty. Magnetic bombs have become a common method used by the insurgency to attack the Afghan security forces.
We hear the story of a very lucky Afghan police sergeant who escaped death by seconds, and see the efforts of his coalition mentors to determine what happened and how the Afghan police can avoid this threat in future.
