This is one of the food we've tried when we went to Hikone Castle Road. It's a grilled River fish. The fish is called Ayu and it's a seasonal one, abundant only during summer. It's so delicious and tasty. You can eat everything from the head to the tail of the fish, even the bones. One piece of this grilled fish costs ¥400. I highly recommend you to try this fish whenever you see this because you can only find it at the countryside areas in Japan.
